Hobart Airport Guide to Hobart International Airport (HBA)

Hobart Airport Terminals

Hobart Airport has two passenger terminals for both domestic and international flights. It also serves as a hub for Skytraders for flights to the Antarctica region.

The Domestic Terminal was first opened in 1976 and expanded further times. Airlines such as Qantas, Jetstar Airways, Virgin Australia and Tigerair Australia are the carriers serving this terminal.

The International Terminal was opened in 1983 and updated in 1985 in order to ease the Trans-Tasman air traffic. Since 1998, there aren’t regular international services from and to Hobart Airport. Nowadays, is just used for domestic flights, charter flights and flights to Antarctica.
